The shipping is free of charge.

You will receive your shipment usually within 1-3 days after receiving your order confirmation with our shipping partner the Swiss Post. For isolated jewelry collections, the delivery time takes about 3-10 days, these are noted in the product details view. For specially made products, such as wedding rings, handmade bracelets or rare pearls and diamonds, the delivery time can take between 1-8 weeks. d’elyka jewels and its partners will do their best to meet this delivery time. In case of delivery delays we will inform you immediately. In case of unavailability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any consideration already received.

Shipping is free of charge and will be delivered to addresses in Switzerland.

What should I do if an item is missing or damaged during delivery?

At d’elyka jewels, all products are strictly and carefully checked before the order is shipped. Quality is a priority at d’elyka jewels. However, if a product is missing or damaged, please contact our customer service department. Please send an e-mail to jewels@delyka.com or call us at +41 22 566 22 23.

Returns & Exchange

Please note our conditions for returns and exchanges.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To be on the safe side, the ordered goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after receipt of the shipment. Any shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the customer. The returned goods must be in new original condition and must not show any signs of use. Please take care not to remove attached labels and not to soil the products. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with the label in order to offer the return shipment optimal protection.

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. We will refund the amount within a few days.
